Cancellation Policy

Timing: We appreciate you being on time for your appointment. If you are late for your appointment, your session will still conclude at the allocated time.

Booking deposit/Cancellation by you: We charge a non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

• Cancellation up to two days before your appointment: No charge.
• Cancellation one day before your appointment: 50% of fee charged.
• Cancellation or failure to attend on day of appointment: Full fee charged.
